    Recruiting services are intentionally selective. Only candidates who demonstrate strong qualifications, clear alignment, and a compelling fit for a particular role are considered for placement support. We do not broadly market candidates or submit resumes indiscriminately. Instead, candidates are recommended only when there is a strong, mutual fit between the attorney and the hiring firm.

    This curated approach ensures that attorneys are presented with opportunities that align with their experience and goals, while law firms receive thoughtfully vetted candidates who meet the role’s requirements and hiring expectations. Recruiting services are offered separately and only with candidate consent.

Our Process

Our work is structured around a clear, four-stage process designed to support attorneys through each phase of a career transition. Engagements begin with career coaching, where goals, experience, timing, and long-term direction are thoughtfully assessed. From there, we move into application preparation, including resume and cover letter refinement to ensure materials accurately reflect experience and align with legal hiring expectations.

The third stage focuses on interview coaching and preparation, with guidance tailored to practice area, firm culture, and common interview formats. Following interviews, we provide follow-up strategy and communication guidance to help attorneys navigate next steps with professionalism and clarity.

For a selective group of candidates whose experience and goals closely align with the needs of our partner firms, we also offer recruiting and placement support, facilitating discreet introductions to select law firms. Placement services are offered only when there is a strong mutual fit and with candidate consent.
